The Executive Team

Jeremy is a chartered surveyor and worked at Savills for 13 years resigning his main board position in 1993 to start Parlison Properties. Jeremy's experience has been primarily in the business space sector specialising in retail warehousing and industrial. He has also successfully promoted a number of residential sites through the planning process. A keen motorcyclist both on and off road, sailing and mountain biking keep him for ever on the search for a new challenge.

Chris has 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market and has been a director of both public and private property companies as well as an Executive Director of CBRE in charge of their asset management department. He has developed both Office and Industrial assets throughout the UK in regional centres and in the South East. He is a keen sailor, racing a Dragon in Abersoch, N Wales and a cyclist in his spare time. He also conducts regular charity auctions on behalf of The Princes Trust, Great Ormond St & The Royal Marsden hospitals, DEBRA, The SMA Trust, Action Medical Research and numerous other charities & organisations.

Harry joined Aitchison Developments having worked at Knight Frank for the past 3 years in the residential and mixed-use development sectors, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor. Along with his transactional experience, he brings valuable financial modelling and appraisal skills to the team. Outside of the office he is a keen sailor and regularly competes in regattas and races in the UK and further afield.
