Following the success of phase 1 we have obtained a planning permission to demolish the 10 units that comprise the ‘middle terrace’ of Mowlem Industrial Estate and construct some 70,000 sq ft of modern industrial/warehouse units. 70% of the development has been pre let to Bunzl PLC and Pixi Pixel. Completion is due in 2019.
