Industrial Mowlem Phase 2

Mowlem Phase 2

Size: 70,000 sq ft

Following the success of phase 1 we obtained a planning permission to demolish the 10 units that comprise the ‘middle terrace’ of Mowlem Industrial Estate and construct some 70,000 sq ft of modern industrial/warehouse units. With 70% of the development pre-let to Bunzl PLC and Pixi Pixel.  Other tenants are JLR, Tortilla and Hedonism Wines. Completion occurred in Jun 2019 and by Jan 2021 almost all of phase 2 has been let. Aitch Dev remained on site to start works to phase 3 of the development.
