We sold our development site in Totton to Aldi and we have worked up a planning application for their new store and an industrial unit on the adjoining land.

There is strong interest in the 20,000 sq ft industrial unit from local occupiers and construction is due to start in Q1 2023.

Highlighting our friends at the Cambridge Design Partnership (CDP) as they join us in our journey at Bourn Quarter as we create a new state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge.

They have seen fantastic growth over the last couple of years and the new CDP headquarters will extend to 7,500 square metres of space, including offices, labs, workshops, a manufacturing facility and 200-seat auditorium.
